Jakarta, November 4, 2024 – PT Plaza Auto Mega and Subaru Garasi Drift Team achieved an outstanding milestone with the Subaru BRZ, securing podium finishes in the PRO and WDC AM categories at the prestigious 2024 Indonesia Drift Series. This accomplishment not only highlights the Subaru BRZ’s ability to compete in the professional drifting arena but also demonstrates Subaru Indonesia's commitment to promoting inclusivity in drifting, especially for amateur female athletes.

 

In the Indonesia Drift Series, Subaru Garasi Drift Team’s drifter, Ziko Harnadi (@zikoi), showcased remarkable consistency and skill across six competition rounds, earning 3rd place in the 2024 Pro Class with a total of 463.5 points. Meanwhile, amateur drifter Najel (@najelmrnov), competing in the Women’s Drift Challenge under Team Subaru Indonesia, claimed 2nd place in the WDC AM (Amateur) class with a Subaru BRZ M/T, accumulating 356 points over four rounds. Both drivers have proven that the Subaru BRZ excels in performance while offering a competitive experience in amateur classes, providing a solid foundation even at the highest level in the PRO class—a true “Pure Sports Car” experience!
